1.Accommodation is normally booked from Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday but can be booked for other periods if available. Short/weekend breaks may be taken at any time depending on availability.
2. Arrival at the cottage must be after 3pm and departure before 11am on the final day.
3. A 20% deposit is required on booking with the balance required 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you book less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday then you will be required to pay the full amount on booking. If you do not pay the balance by the due date we may have to cancel your booking.
4. We recommend that you take holiday insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation. Should you cancel your holiday you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday unless we are able to re-let the property.
5. If, due to events beyond our control, we have to cancel the booking then a full refund will be made.
6. Please leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition. Please let us know of any breakages or problems with the property.
7. Smoking or pets are not allowed in the property.
8. We cannot be held responsible for any items left in the property so please ensure you take all your belongings with you on your departure.
